Help with mobile site redirection

I am trying to design a mobile site for a local restaurant. I want to be able to redirect any user to the mobile site. Got no problem installing a script to do this.

However, I want to put a link to the main site on the mobile site. How can I do this without having the link circle back to the mobile site because of the redirection?

    There was another post on this the other day

    There are a number of ways you can do it - typically you can use cookies or sessions that identifies if you should redirect or not, don't think there are many out of the box solutions for this though....

    That post was done over this past weekend if i find it I'll post back here...
