OFFLINE MARKETING

I was wondering what do you guys use to manage the list of prospects you find in the yellow pages / google places?

do you use a CRM ? or Excel?

how do you actually keep it clean so that you can put notes and stuff of what was done on the last cold call and stuff?

I use a program called the Offline Marketer CMS Premier system. It's been custom written for this market place of selling online products and services to offline businesses.

Check out More Than 5 Million Users Work Online With Zoho. Go to the bottom and click on the CRM module. There's a free version that I just started using. I haven't gotten real far into it but it seems to be a fairly robust CRM application with a simple user interface.

Thus far, I'm impressed and it meets my needs

hmmm so ZOHO is free?
it says 3 users ... so if it's just me inputting info i wont have to pay for anything?
