A private media house (runs TV, radio and Newspaper and Printing and Design Business, along with a travel agency business and ecommerce websites) want your internet market skills for an exchange of part payment and exposure for your internet marketing business.
I would love to read what would include your list. Yeah, we all know the usual broad services -Web design, Social and Search Marketing etc.
I want more insight thinking advices and suggestions about all these in this specific case.
Please dont ask what skills do I have? Its a case of what would you do (bring to the table) anyway and anyhow. Dont even limit it to internet marketing and social media. Say you are the Marketing Manager or Business Development Consultant. Some offline methods are welcome.

A small sized media house want to to help promote their business as an internet marketer. They runs TV, radio and Newspaper and Printing and Design Business, along with a travel agency business and ecommerce websites.
The businesses mentioned above are run both individually and collective on thier website. The owner not knowing much about internet marketing is mainly keen to know how i can help further and wider circulations of the newspaper to its audience.
I told him I can help each area of his business an we agree that I returned with my proposal accordingly.
I dont want to miss anything vital out. So I feel warriors can help me with advises and suggestions, especially those who do have hands on experience.
I dont want the thread to be filled with "offer this service or promote this service". True but I want more indepth practical stuff as if I am thier Business Development Consultant. I know there are warriors who definitely know more anf deeper insight into this case application.
