Managing a prospect list

I have been copying and pasting businesses from Dexknows.com, BBB, YP.com, surerpages.com etc... into WP documents, what a pain! albiet a necessary pain. So... here I am collating all of these prospects and attempting to eliminate any duplicate content all the while wondering if there is a better way? Is there?
Please...! Someone tell me there is. Tell me there is a more efficient way to collect and manage a local prospect list.

    you would be better using manta.com for the data if you want to manually scrape it..There are several warrior members who offer programs that can auto scrape various sites for the data..
