OFFLINE MARKETING

There was a post here several days ago with someone asking for recommendations on web designers.

Someone had responded with a link to a Warrior here that does good work and apparently is Ryan Shaw's web designer.

Can anyone direct me to this post or better yet, the actual link to the designer's offer here?

I have spent the last hour looking for it or I wouldn't ask...

Is there a graphic desigher post in web designing firms?

is there a post called Designers in web development company who completely focus on the designing part only with out doing the programming of the is the web programmers do the designs by them self.
