Outsourcing web design work?

Hello all,

I'm in a bit of a pickle that I really didn't foresee. I'm offering websites for $50 /mo.

I'm finding myself getting overwhelmed with projects and am now to the point that I'm unable to go for more clients.

I would like to outsource to a web designer but am unsure on how I should go about this. My budget is somewhat low right now. How do you go about paying them? Pay them monthly to keep up with the websites?

I would love some ideas from you guys.

You could try looking for companies/individuals on Freelancer, Elance, etc. Do you design websites yourself, or?..

If you see your clients as long term, then you could offer $50 per month for 12 months (just an example) to a web designer you are happy to do business with. Or whatever. Some arrangement like that I mean. No stress on your cash flow, and if you offer an above rate than you would otherwise pay upfront, you may find a designer you're happy with.

Why not put out a "wanted" advert that states your terms and see if you can find someone your happy to work with?

You can try odesk if you're looking to outsource to web designers. Otherwise, there is also elance and freelancer. com

Outsourcing will definately help you to lower down your cost, but you have to be careful with whom you are choosing as your partner as ,you will be overwhelmed with various offers once you list your project on elance/odesk/rentacoder and more..

Ideally researching through forums such as WF would be a great way to source the best designer.

I can help you find one if you need any help.

      Hello,

      Thanks for the reply.

I have got a few inquiries but nothing solid. If you would know a good designer I would love to talk. I'm unable to PM, my post count is too low. Perhaps you could PM me your email?

      Thank you very much

Abbot -- I'm actually working on a WSO (my first one) about outsourcing right now. It's a video training course with about 10 videos, and should be complete and on the forum within a week or so.

In the meantime, let me know if there's anything I can do to help. If you're interested in a review copy, PM me with your email.

You can hire a person individually .

There are many freelancer workers at warrior forum.

And you can pay per work.

If you have more and more to outsource.

    Hire the person for monthly.

That will be cheaper than per work basis.
