Reputation Management Help

I'm going to have a meeting soon with a chiropractor that has like 3 bad reviews on the top of Google+ I asked her if she noticed it she said yes. I explained to her (via facebook message) how it could help.

I'm going to have a meeting with her next week. How should I prepare for the meeting, what to charge? What normally is included?

I always thought all I need is a landing page and postcard like most people do? Is there anything else I can offer to make more money?

I was thinking like $399 a month 60 days in advance payment needed + 500 postcards for like $50 whenever they need them?

Please help me out, thanks!

Ask her how much money she is losing by having these 3 bad reviews. Ask her some simple questions such as 1) what are some of the challenges with her business, 2) why is it important for her to solve this problem now, and ask her 3) what is 1 client worth to her. Those 3 question will get the ball rolling.

I agree with sander here to see what her budget is. Remember she is losing money because of this. She may or may not know it but just give her an example, would you go to a mechanic that had 3 bad reviews? or just go to the next one on the list with less reviews but they are all great reviews?

Take a look around on other REP. Management sites to see what they are charging. Lay down a clear plan of what you plan to do for her.
