Google Plus Local Pricing

I have the opportunity come into contact with lots of small to medium business owners. With some others on this forum, I have become a Google Trusted Photographer. In addition to taking pano shots and creating a virtual tour for their Plus Local page, I would like to be able to offer an additional service of:

-Claiming a basic page
-Claiming a page along with fully optimizing this page.

In speaking with some business owners already, they want me to do this for them due to lack or time or not knowing what to do. I would actually like to outsource this portion but not sure what the going rate is and what to charge them for claiming a basic page and or claiming a page and optimizing this page with photos, video, seo, etc....

      I was thinking of outsourcing to Kung Foo Backlinks if he is taking on new business for brand new Google Plus Local Pages. Looking at his pricing from his website, I am not really sure how to rate my pricing.

      I notice that he can claim and fully optimize Plus local page itself plus optimize wordpress website. If anyone could chime in or maybe pm me on how to charge for this, I would really appreciate it.

    Most of the offline consultants I do work for charge $500 - $1000 for a setup. $750 is typical. They then tend to charge $350-$500 for maintenance.

    I usually recommend charging $500 for the first few months and then $350 / month or so once they are happy with their first page ranking.

    If the client has a strong website and doesn't have a big citation mess online, they can usually rank page 1 within 2 months... 3 at most, so it's a sensible pricing schedule. Of course, Google is the big bottle neck - sometimes it takes a month to get a listing live. Longer if you have trouble with duplicates, etc. so it's important to set the right expectations with a client. I can help you understand what you're dealing when if something comes up.

      Make sure all the info is correct and legitimate.

      For description it is best to put atleast one keyword.

      Placing to the correct categories, make sure you use the 5 txt box on the category section. You can add custom category but do not put location on keywords.

      Make sure to add optimized photo's and videos.

      And make use of additional info.

    Yeah depending on the client, and their ceiling I'll charge between $700-$1100 & then $300-$500 per month for maintenance.

    It just depends on the value of the client. I wouldn't charge a lawyer the same price I'd charge a florist for the same service. Just 1 new client per month for a lawyer would probably be worth more than 25 new customers for the florist. So page 1 for a lawyer would result in much higher ROI than the florist which would make the higher monthly fee more justifiable to them.

    You just need to position yourself and show them the value in having that page 1 result.
