LeadGen backend system
-Call Tracking. Includes all incoming phone numbers. Having the following features would be required: voice mail service, voice mail to text, phone number allocation (for campaigns) and call recording on all calls.
-Web form submission monitoring. Anyone who submits a form with required fields on the LeadGen site needs to be run through the system.
-Email tracking. Any qualified leads who send an email to a specific address needs to be available for review.
-Ability for my lead buyer to log in to the system and check who has called, listen to voice mails, recorded phone calls, submitted form data or email data. This would mean having the ability to create client/vendor profiles.
-Reporting & Analytics. This would show what was reported during a specified date duration.
-Billing for all qualified leads. Ability to put in a US dollar value for each lead (email, phone, form) and then have a total calculated value for the Lead Buyer. Billing should all for cost for a specified date duration.
-Automated billing. Credit Card, Paypal, etc should be allowed.
-All data would need to be encrypted & easily backed up.
