What do you use for citation searches other than whitespark.ca?

Before I'm using whitespark.ca I searched on other forums and get a list from there or searched on google in a context term.

Paul's got the right idea. Sprague has some great stuff re: optimizing sites, etc. But if you're on a budget, you'll get a lot of what you need from the Local Ranking Factors post. The nice thing about Sprague's training is, he walks you through everything (nearly everything). To do really well, you're still going to need to get creative and explore what some of the quieter geniuses are doing.
