Has anyone here had any good experiences with a hosted predictive dialer? I have 3 telemarketers I need on the phone by monday and I'd rather not have the dial manually.

We use Callfire, and have nothing but positive things to say about their service.

Yep. It's cheap and works well.

Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.

For long-term scalability I would recommend setting up a box somewhere and running OsDial

It's open source and runs on the Asterisk framework. You only need one server which can be set up remotely (not in the same network) while your agents get the client software which can be run thru a USB.

This is great for running aggressive campaigns with a 4x1 ratio of lines per agent.

It takes a few hours to set up if you have the technical knowledge, but the pay off is huge if you are looking to expand into more seats.

I use this for my team and they can connect to the network from the Philippines while my server is downstairs next to my girlfriend's room in New Zealand.

This is an old feed but I recommend a small company out of South Florida called Celerity Telecom | Clearly Connected. I use them because they have no limit on users and they have a new product called "Mydialer" thats really user friendly.
