Appointments Setting for Web Design Services - Best Approach?
in your experience, which approach has your telemarketer used over the phone (cold-calling), to secure high quality appointments for you (with businesses that want a website), that has worked for you so far and which you recommend?
By "high quality appointments" I mean prospects who became really interested and are already semi-sold on using your services, even before the appointment.
I'm not referring to the particular script, but a general idea of a "very good approach" that has worked for you... Examples:
- Do you suggest filtering somehow by only prospects who were already looking to get a site?
- Did your telemarketer show them a mockup or two first?
- Did you find out their budget over the phone before the appointment?
- Was the price discussed during the call, prior to the appointment?
... etc.
Basically, are there some good approaches that make you stand out even
before the appointment?
