You have about 2 to 3 weeks max to backlink them, and then they stick well in my experience. And they have to be actual news sites not the free press release spammed ones.

Blogger, over-blog, wordpress, weebly all can build up good PR pretty quick but they should be used as Tier 1 support websites. Never as your main money...

The majority of any cheap traffic you buy off of fiverr will be people using services like "addmefast" so they are real people. But they aren't interested in your website. Just the "points" they will...
