Create an free webmaster tools account to see how many of your back links are considered by google. Even though there are lot of third party tools like

exists, it is advisable only to use only google webmaster tools to find the back links of your own site. However these 3rd party tools like above become handy when you want to spy your competitor back links and get your links also from the same sources.

All three of these are good, I would add

OpenLinkProfiler.org - The freshest backlinks. For free.

I usually use smallseotool to check the backlinks.
Visit website smallseotools.com then choose Backlink checker.
This is a free tool, no need to create an account.

Google web master tool is a way to check hoe many back links comes from which page.
Smallseotools and backlinkwatch also a great tool that provide your site back links data.

Just take an example... if you have backlinks over 10,000+... webmaster will not shoe all of them... I use generally Webmeup tool for for my backlinks analysis...

Google webmaster tool is a best for check outside link on each page. It provide complete information.
