@Rsberg: You can have the autoblogging plugin post drafts so you can take a look at the posts prior to going live. You can also browse around your blog and delete the unrelated posts if you so wish....

You don't have to pay big bucks for autoblogging plugins if you're just starting out, there are a bunch of free plugins autthere you can use. I'm using Multipress Lite...
