You can make a lot of money with PLR Products if you do it right. Some PLR licenses allow you so resell it as your own and earn 100% profit. Some don't.

You just need to find one that does.

double opt-in is better. Why? sometimes people enter fake emails so you need them to do double opt-in to verify that the emails are correct. This prevent junk emails sending out. Hope this will help.
