That is not a wordpress file. It will not be there. It is also not in the correct location for the theme. That means a plugin or theme has an incorrectly coded path.

it will take a few days to weeks. Google does not change that stuff quickly.
I find it fun to watch the stuff change in Google. large sites can take a month to settle down after a change like that.
