I started off at $2.99 so I could take advantage of Amazon's higher royalty level.

Also, this is not my very first book published to Kindle, but it's the first one that has got sales...

In case anyone needs more evidence showing just HOW important a fantastic book cover is - go to the Kindle eBooks bestsellers section of Amazon, and at the top you'll see Amazon provides customers...

Typically I find books that are over 30,000 words sell the best.

The only method I have ever really used to gain exposure is to contact lots of bloggers offering...
