Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools both will provide stats data. The presentation of data will slightly differ, so it is advisable to install both

There are a of software out there that will track all your
statistics in virtually any way you want to look at them...but I like
the one from Google...it seems to work best...at least gives me ...
