I'd say yes. My web hosting company usually responds in 2-12 hours, depending on their work load.

Smaller companies tend to run support during daylight U.S. hours only. Consider paypal... Do they...

That's a pretty big range. The sweet spot is around the $2.00 range, with groups down around the 1.25-1.35 and some in the 2.5-3 range. 5 is a lot for sure, but I'd expect that to get lowered at...
