Just 301 redirect the domain right from the registrar. No need for a host or meta refresh.
Just Google "domain forwarding <your registrar>" and you'll find easy instruction and YouTube videos.

Shared hosting is all you really require as you do not need a separate server and IP for each site, just make sure you don't interlink the sites as this can cause problems, or at the very least won't...

I just stared doing Kindle and love it. I did PDF ebooks before at higher price. Kindle has tons of potential you can list for free on 100+ sites! Nothing to pay free!

Kindle is mainly low priced so you'd need to sell a lot and both methods still need good marketing.
