Whats the next big thing for sales?

Hello just writing this post for suggestions as a web developer on the next or popular programming niche. I'm a programmer in web development and I notice it's getting harder and harder to sell websites, because as time goes its becoming easier to create website with third party tools (wordpress). If any one know whats popular and have any suggestions on whats "IN" now, it would be most appreciated. I can pretty much do almost anything in the web dev world simple to complicated (datebase driven, javascript, ect) websites. Thanks!

    I'm assuming your freelancing? Why not try creating some web development courses for Udemy? Online learning courses are hot right now and I always see huge gaps in demand and quality web dev learning courses. If you have good presentation skills, you'd be able to sell a couple hundred courses at 5 to 10 dollar net profit per sale after you have created a 8hour course per month if you've done your market research for demand on Udemy before making your course.
