I Need A Wordpress Expert URGENTLY

Hey guys,

I need a Wordpress programmer to change the look of my site ListSwapper.com | Find Ad Swap Partners slightly to something like this: http://listswapper.com/images/LSScreen2.jpg

I need this done pretty quickly (by today if possible). I don't think it's a big job, just some CSS editing.
