Where to post adsense code in WP theme editor?

I'm using a free Wordpress theme and I want to post adsense code between posts all through my site. I know I need to add code in the editor but not sure which file to do it in.

    If u are using WP then take the time to learn how to install plugins.Plugins are what make WP great, and they're simple to install and use. Plus, their creators usually provide you with great instructions. Take the time to learn. It will reward you. you will find to put code in WP theme.

    You're kidding right?

    According to your signature you are good enough at wordpress to teach others how to use it, so shouldn't you already know this?

      wow, I think I have a big target on my back today or something.

      I know how to use plugins.

      What I'm trying to do is insert adsense code between the posts. There's no plugin that I know of for that, I've already looked. If you have a plugin suggestion that would be helpful, I would appreciate you sharing it.

      The adsense plugin I've used in the past allows me to insert the code into the posts and in the sidebar but not between them.

      I may not be explaining my question properly and if that's the case, I'm sorry. But there's no need to be rude to me.
