Where did my WP 'insert into post' button go?

Can anyone tell me where the 'insert into post' button might have gone when uploading an image into my WP slider? It was there when I uploaded all my previous images that are the exact same size and dimensions. Then suddenly its gone!

I have removed all plugins, in case any of them might have caused it, but that did not rectify the problem.

What else could I try to fix this? I can't finish my site without it! Help, please.

    Sliders can be tricky, I have messed with them before. PM me with your URL and I will take a look. Also, what's the theme?

    @SteveJohnson - By WP slider I meant that the WordPress theme I am using has an image slider that I have been inserting images into.

    @lknielsen - I am using the Overall Theme I purchased at Themeforest. But the problem isn't isolated to the slider. Any image I upload can not be inserted anywhere anymore. They upload to the Media gallery, but WP will not allow me (with the 'insert into post' button) to insert the images into a post or the sliders. The button just isn't there. It was, but now it isn't. Do you have experience with anything like this?

    Going to the URL you won't see the problem. You would have to be logged in to my WP account to view the media gallery. You would see the images uploaded but unable to insert. I also am using the maintenance mode plugin to keep the site private from current clients until it is completed. So going to the URL you wouldn't see the site right now anyway.

    Hi,
    You'll found insert into post when you go to dash board after login your account. When you'll click upon post under a quick post you'll see edit option.

      My issue is, that the button is supposed to be there ... but it ISN'T there. Where did it go?? How do I get it back??

        Hi guys, I have a problem that's really close to this one.

        Whe I am uploading few images I do not have the button "Insert into post" and even the prompt to insert a gallery has disappear.

        Just as a test I've reinstalled the twentyten template, and everything it's seem to work, so why my template still gave me this kind of problems??

        Shall I add some come into my function.php or something like that?

          I purchased the theme I am using from themeforest.net. I eventually went back to the developer and asked him to take a look. He did and he fixed it, but I have absolutely no idea what he did. But right after he fixed it I had a fatal error with the function.php file, and then he fixed that too. It turned out others began having the same problem with the theme.

          So I can't tell you how to fix the problem, but suggest you ask the theme developer to help you, if thats a possibility.
