Is there a way of creating a free email autoresponder, any software or script for creating one?

I have been using cfschedule to do something similar. It checks our email
server every 2 minutes. It is simple, fast and actually very little overload
to the system. A easy, cheap alternative until you can get the cool CFMX7
    event gateway to work!

I personally think that you should make the small investment in AWeber - for what you get for the $19 is amazing - easy, creates opt-in forms and notifies you of signups. The last thing you need to be doing is chasing names.

Just give up a few little things a month and sign up - use the free trial and you will see what it is about

I can appreciate why you would want to make your own autoresponder, but honestly using Aweber or GetResponse is so inexpensive that I just don't see the point.

Save yourself some time and a few headaches and sign up with either of them. Here are the links:

      Thanks
