how to Integrate pay pal? PayPal IPN verification

Can any one help me with a script for a pay pal integration?
The point is that I want to set up a download page on my website and allow clients to automatic download the products after they make the payment, for this I must allow access only if the payment was complete.
Or introduce them to my client area and send them the user/passwd but this also after the payment is complete.
So I need a script for this, can you help me with this, or were I can find something like this?
