Content scrape and rewrite script needed

Looking to scrape several news sites daily and rewrite content to 50% unique, and 100% readable.

    The way that you have worded that, you are actually someone to do this for you. This is a section to help when stuck on programming matters (be they HTML or the more complex languages).

    So what you're wanting is to steal content from news sites, rewrite part of it, then pass it off as your own unique content.

    Two tools you need to accomplish this, in my opinion:

    1. Scraping script specifically targeting those news sites.
    2. Use TBS API and do the writing.
