Proxie and script expert all in one, I need?

Okay question concerns proxies.
I have had software built that can use different proxies.
Now what I want is a browser that can run different ip's within each tab that is opened, up to the amount of proxies that you have.

I would think this is possible. Firefox would probally be the browser of choice.
Is there anyone out there that has done this, seen it done or know someone that can do it with a script built for me.

    I doubt that can be done. I have a proxy but it only hides my computers ip address.
    I can very quickly switch it, but I have never heard of one that changes per window.
    The browser is not what controls the ipaddress.
