Need to hire a PHP Programmer

Hi guys!

I hope I'm not posting in the wrong forum ...

So, what I'm looking for is someone versed in PHP and Wordpress for a relatively small job.

The code I need is:

Alert customers when store hours are closed. Ideally, add a step during the check out process that informs them that the store is closed and orders won't be processed until after Noon the following day, with an "Ok, proceed with my order" and "No thanks" buttons. I'd like it to have an easily accessed toggle function on the back end so that I can turn it on and off with one click.

Alternatively, it could be set to automatically turn on/off on a set schedule. The previous is preferable however.

If this is something you feel confident doing for a reasonable price, please respond in here or send me a PM.

    Are you sure you want to do this? Are you selling time -sensitive products? Why wouldn't you just take the order, and then display a message like:
    "Thanks for your order! Order are processed between Noon and XX:XXpm EST. Yada Yada..."


    That way, you don't deter anyone from ordering..
