Hello fellow warriors,

I'm looking to provide a free seo analysis report to my website visitors in order to ease the process of acquiring new clients for my seo agency.

However after long research I'm still puzzled what to include in this initial analysis that would benefit the client the most (but not paid services like keyword analysis), while convincing him about the need for seo for hist website and impress him about our capabilities in the domain of SEO.

My targeted customers are mostly totally unaware about SEO and what it even means.

Anybody with client experience? What do you reckon should be included in this type of report to benefit them most and impress them? What did you include?

Many thanks for your answer and help. very much appreciated.

  • Just tell them basic things.

    - site structure
    - competition analysis
    - keyword volume

all of these can be accomplished in minutes with the right tools

Just think about what you would want to hear and tell them that. You don't need to spend over an hour with the analysis. Most people are just looking for a freebie. Keep it short, simple and easy for them to understand.

Thanks ShoeNickel for your great feedback!

Which tool would use for this free analysis?

Which tool would you use once client is acquired?

I'm testing WooRank, Raven, Positionly but still unsure

Do a site"health check” and identify the site’s areas of strength and weakness.
    check for any broken links,
check if all redirects are working properly,
    Keyword research (Google Keyword Planner)
Check for content duplication , Titles, meta tags and keyword tags,
Overall analysis(can use webceo and also semrush)
Can provide them these basic data and let them know, how their site is performing at present and what you can do to improve it.

I would mainly tell them about onsite factors if you're doing a free evaluation. You want to give them enough information that show you know what you're doing so they'll use your services.
