Contact Us section with a few words

Do you think a contact us page on your website with a few words could be brought down by Pandas algorithms - aka thin content or do you think it wouldn't make a difference at all?

For example a contact us page with around 50 words. Right now on my site there's an email address on top so it is easy to contact but thinking about throwing on a small contact us page too where a form can be filled out.

I wouldn't imagine it would matter. After all a contact page should only have... contact information.

Google isn't going to slap a site/page just because the page doesn't have a lot of text.

I'm not sure why your associating a contact page with a thin page but there's no connection. Matter of fact a contact form provides value for traffic that's looking for a way to make contact with a webmaster.

I have numerous sites with a contact form and very little else.
A contact us page is just that...so you shouldn't have problems.

A drop in website rankings can be lot more reasons, not might be your contact page content. If any content of any page should not be copied.
