I've a website with multiple pages.
When I create a single page for my website, it gets indexed in Google very soon, but after a few days (4-5 days) the new webpage disappears in Google (not indexed).
Then, it takes about 20-30 days to see the new page Google-indexed again.

It that normal? - If not, any suggestions, please.

Hmmm, interesting as it's not something I really come across. Have you tried using WMT to fetch google to your pages? Also, these new pages you're trying to index, is it original content? Not saying that's the issue, but it could be a factor.

Yes, this is completely normal. Google will sometimes boost up a page for a couple of days, but then it settles back down and pushes you back.

In fact, on May 14th of this year, an update occurred that seemed to increase the incident of sandboxing. That's where a new domain gets put in a lower position for a set amount of time.

They are doing this to try to discourage blackhat seo people who try to churn and burn.

Just reread and realized you may be talking about an established website, not a new domain. How old is your main site?
