    It looks OK, don't stuff your keywords an unnatural amount of times into your text of the articles, but your titles look OK

    Hey, I rank a lot of posts just by having it in my title and then squeezed some where in the body of my article/blog. Mentioning it twice is perfect. I generally wont mention it a 3rd time unless I'm writing 1000+ words.
