Is Having Hidden Content in Tabs and Anchors After the URL SEO Friendly?

Hi Guys
I just wonder if it is SEO friendly to have content in other tabs but they do not show for the user intially.

For example on this site http://www.moveaheadmediadotcodotth/ you can see that there are tabs called Bangkok SEO company, Social Media Impact and Google Places for thailand. If you click on each new information shows up...

Likewise on this site
https://www.ssrecruitmentdotcom/services

If you click on the tabs such as executive search, head hunting tab etc, new information appears but characters after the URL now although on the same page. Is this ok for SEO in terms or ranking high? Will Google count this content still as high? Any negative implications?

    Those hashtags (#keyword) are jump links & yes they can be very useful for SEO.

    Wikipedia has jump links on most of their webpages, they use them to help generate both jump links & sitelinks in Google SERPs.

    More SERP links can help boost CTR.
