Will having to many internal links on a single page hurt my SEO even if they are in natural form?

I am building a new website and before I start on it I want to build the site structure. I am building the architecture now so I can implement silos.

The site I am building is a niche site. I will have roughly 50-100 pages/articles/posts. I will give you an example of what I am trying to achieve.

As an example: Let's say I am building a niche site for building the ultimate pineapple cake. The home page will be about the cake and it will list all the ingredients. Lets say there are 50 ingredients to build the cake. I am going to list all 50 ingredients on the home page in the main post as this would be natural and apart of the main page post. Each ingredient will have it's own post/page. (The best icing for pineapple cake, The best eggs for pineapple cake, the best flower for pineapple cake, etc,. etc,. ) I would like to link to each post from the home page.

So my question is will it hurt my rankings or help them If I link to all my pages internally from a single page? I'm mostly worried it'll hurt my ranking by having to many links.

Before I can start on this project I really need this answer. So I appreciate any and all answers or advice you might have! Thanks!
