Question about blog post titles

Just curious...

Let's say I'm building a niche blog about ABC Widgets which is the term I want to rank for.

Is it more beneficial to write each post using the term "ABC Widgets" or can I branch out using other titles that are more appealing to humans but along the same lines?

I find including your keyword in each post can be quite repetitive looking...

- Benefits of ABC Widgets
- How to use ABC Widgets
- The Truth about ABC Widgets etc.

I'm sure you get the picture. The reason I ask is because I see sites that rank for their keyword using both techniques.

I have also been told that each page will rank separately depending on your on page SEO, back links etc. The homepage should be no exception.

Anyway, I am starting a blog soon and just want to get started on the right track. Thanks in advance!

    If you're trying to contain all that text to a single webpage the keywords don't all have to be in a page <title>. You could use both a page title & on-page text wrapped in <h> tags.
