How to submit a multi-language website sitemap to google webmaster tools ?

Ok so I have a website with 15 language versions of it. The different languages versions are classified into subfolders.
For example http://www.example.com is the main site and http://www.example/fr/ is the french version and so on , those subfolders are real and stored in the server.
Each version has almost 60,000 urls because they do have the same content EXCEPT that the template is in the different languages. How do I go about creating the sitemap for all the different subfolders and submit them all to google webmaster tools ? As already mentioned, each version of the map will have about 60,000 urls and I'd like to have them all indexed.
