Traffic, Keyword planning, and SEO

Okay so it seem like it is impossible to rank number one for a low competition, 250 views a month, no competition keywords. My blog has around 10 articles and no traffic, I know it is fairly knew, but how long does it take to rank for those keywords, can you rank now, I feel like keyword planning doesn't even work anymore.

    So you built a brand new site and all you did was fill it with 10 articles and you feel that you deserve to be getting traffic from Google?

    That is not SEO. That is throwing a coin into a wishing well.

    Start dripping content in every few days, and building out branded profiles on a variety of sites.

    Even the low comp keywords take a bit of time if you want to do it safely.

    If you aren't fussed, grab a nice backlink package to give it a bit of a boost, but make sure you have some solid content onsite first!

        Nope. It's not ethical that's required; it's good SEO that's required.

        You can comment on blogs forever and never rank. You can publish well-written articles forever, link back to your site, and not rank.

        You can do any and all SEO that requires no stealing or cheating or killing someone and not rank.

    You should not expect traffic just because you posted 10 articles.Do necessary search engine optimization.It will take some time for the traffic.

    Mention your website and keyword please. Are you continuously sharing your content on social media sites? Are you doing OFF PAGE SEO? Have you checked health of your ON PAGE SEO?

      Reason your not getting any traction with what your doing is your using the wrong metrics for today

      Unfortunately if your using anything Google like Keyword Planner you and multi-millions of competitors are also using those keywords you selected

      Now days you must look at the actual search pages of the keywords you selected before posting any content

      I highly recommend you install the Moz Bar in your browser and investigate the Domain Authority to see if you have any chance in placing in the top 10 for the keywords selected

      This works everytime

      I and others - I have taught this rank at will once they know if they have a chance to rank on page one before even lifting a finger to produce content related to those keywords

      Many times just the title itself has ranked for the content with no SEO at all

      If the search page averages less than 40 for Domain Authority you have a chance to rank on page one

      Google search is starting to get saturated because of Keyword Planner and using their metrics to determine which keywords to select is the cause

    Having 10 articles doesn't mean that your webs is going to rank higher. There are many things that play an important role for getting traffic from articles which includes choosing the correct topic, choosing the correct keywords that has high search volume, writing fresh content and many.
