How can handle stop words in longtail keywords

Hello experts,
I have found some long tail keywords, I want to use it on URL, But as a case of On page Seo My Yoast Seo suggesting me to remove stop words from Keyword and also don't use stop word 'a' in URL. My question is that, do I remove 'a' from URL, or keep it as it is, If I used the keyword exactly(with stopword) in page title and description and also content. Does this harmful or bad practice, SEO wise ? Does Google disqualify my site for ranking?
