For those who have successfully managed PBN:

1. How easy is it to manage a PBN?
2. Can a PBN be used to rank a new site quickly?
3. Do you have to manage EVERY site on the PBN?
4. Is it recommended to get a PBN for ranking?
5. What's the lowest amount of money to invest in a high PR .com domain?

To keep this short the answer is YES to all of your questions. But I'd like to elaborate on a few of your questions and answer them in the order you asked them .

    1. If you have a system in place its pretty simple to manage. The most time consuming part of a PBN is writing the content. I have ways to speed this process up. But the most time consuming part of PBN is content.

    2. YES! You can rank quickly or relativity quickly depending on the keyword that you choose. But regardless of the keyword SEO still takes time. SEO will neer replace PPC in the context of speed of getting traffic.

3.YES you have to manage every site. ie: making sure your hosting is still active. adding an article or so bi weekly or monthly. Its work but it beats a job so just suck it up and do it.

    4.One word...YES!

    5. If you know where to look you can get PBN domains at wholesale prices. $250-$300 + can get you a solid PBN and it can be more than enough to get thr ranking you want.

    1. What do you mean by "manage"? There's not much to do.

    2. That is relative to what you are trying to rank for and how big and strong of a PBN you are talking about.

    3. Again, no clue what you mean by manage, but if you mean stuff like renew the domain, renew the hosting, make sure the site stays up, etc... well who the heck else is going to do it?

    4. I would not recommend them for most people. They are likely to just throw money down the drain.

    5. Why in the world would you be looking for a high PR domain? That is a pretty dumb thing to chase at this point. PR has not been updated in almost 2 years now.

That depends on how many you have.

If you set domain and hosting renewal on automatic and don't use wordpress or such, there's nothing to do unless there's a problem... You could go months and months with nothing do do.

If you have wordpress or such, where they are constantly updating the platform or the plugins, you spend a few minutes a month per site... Until you have a problem and you need to fix it...

Then, it could a few minutes or a few hours, maybe 10 a year.

when I say "manage", I mean making sure the site stays up, has content every now and then, and is "under the radar" but still giving the money website link power.

What's the lowest amount of money you guys have spent on a PBN? Any good PBNs that sell for low price?

Well of course you have to make sure the website stays up. You do not have to post new content every now and then though.

Lowest I have spent recently on a solid network was probably about $4000. I don't build your typical PBN's though.

    1. How easy is it to manage a PBN?
Depends upon the size of your PBN. Usually a 10 blogs PBN is good to rank low-medium competitive keywords. With such a size, it would take usually 1-2 hours per day to manage.

    2. Can a PBN be used to rank a new site quickly?
    Yes.

    3. Do you have to manage EVERY site on the PBN?
More or less yes. You can use some static sites to cut down the management time.

    4. Is it recommended to get a PBN for ranking?
    Yes

    5. What's the lowest amount of money to invest in a high PR .com domain?
Forget PR. Its an outdated metric. Go with Trust Flow (TF). Thats the only metric that makes sense.
