Nobody knows that exactly only Google. My advise just keeping on post quality content that will atract people to want to come to you site and what will happen is Google will see that many people love your content and will start playing catch up that is when you start winning but that comes with consistency and some hard work hope that helps

Depends on where you posted those backlinks and when google will crawl into the backlink page ... Some SEO specialists believes that high PR sites are indexed first .. but they have no stats to proof this claim.

A typical SEO campaign needs at least 3-6 months to produce results. Just keep doing what you need to do (and follow Google's guidelines) and wait.

There are no instant results in SEO, so please wait patiently

I suggest don't bother yourself with nofollow or dofollow links. Google will take care of that. Just focus on your site content.

Indexing of links and the link juice are two important things
If he backlinks are not indexed , They don't exist and
Do follow links are to pass the link juice to your site , Make tier 2 and further plus social share to pass the maximum link juice
