Redirection in keyword level

Hello Warriors,

Just a quick question about redirection. I have my home page ranking for a particular keyword by default. Let's say that the domain www.abc.com is ranking in google for the search term "singapore packages". Now as I have come up with a new landing page for "singapore packages" with the URL - www.abc.com/singapore-packages.html .

Now my question is how to let Google know that I have introduced the new page in my website? Is there any option to do redirection in terms of keyword level?
