So you want to know if it's a good idea to name your band "Justen Beiber" or "Amizon" or "Nitflix"?

Yeah, that will be great. Go for it.

That's sort of what I'm asking except I'm not after brand names. Just a popular phrase.. Can't tell if you're being sarcasric.

You should name your band "Teen Pron".

This forum used to be so popular damn social media ruining everything
No, people asking really stupid questions ruined it.

This forum is for SEO. You're making a mockery of SEO by naming your band a misspelling of a popular search phrase.

I'm no expert but I know the basics of SEO and thought I was asking a legit question. The answer might be obvious to you but not to noobs like me. So, can someone please tell me if I get lots of legit backlinks promoting a brand called let's say Popkorn Muvie will it easily show up on top when someone types that exact phrase or will I be on page 27 drowning under "Popcorn Movie" results ? I'm seriously asking, sorry if this is a stupid question, I really need to know.

Why would you bump a thread that is only 5 threads down from the top of the first page?

I will answer that legitimate question as soon as you answer mine.

You have no answer to my question.

You haven't asked a legitimate question, that's why no one is responding.

I guess your sense of humor is off on the weekends. Probably relaxing on the beach somewhere.

In other news I found my answer. Googling Com Truise results in his page being ranked first, ahead of Tom Cruises. So I'm good to go.

Wow the previous responses were totally useless.

Ok, for example the brand "Voluum" is a popular tracking solution and is a misspelled version of the word "Volume". The misspell ranks #1 if you google it. If you google the correct version you will not find the brand. If this is what you want then it will work, if you are trying to rank on the correctly spelled version, a misspelled domain or brand name will not help with that. And no, once the misspelled domain has enough domain authority, google will not auto correct it.

Edit: yes it works like the Com Truise example.

Awesome, thanks so much. I was hoping that was the case. Hopefully even if Voluum is a new Pr3 site it will still rank higher than the pr9 Volume when someone googles Voluum.
