You can't & the reason you can't is because you're here asking on an IM forum.

If you knew the subject/niche you would have never asked the question.

Target a niche you already know & stop guessing.

    What Yukon said.

Also, forget about churning articles in just a few minutes. I dislike Neil Patel for all the stupid crap he says, but at least he's got the right kind of attitude when approaching a topic he's not too familiar with. Writing good content takes time, and he's prepared to spend up to six hours per piece if I remember correctly.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

Many People make mistakes when starting a Blog. As a newbie you can in your own words share your journey what you learn. I have always taught my students who want to do Blogs a methodology I called TWYL(Teach What You Learn) So basically what this is, I know as a newbie you will be joining lots of seminars, reading blogs and ebooks. Thats the knowledge you are getting and this is what you can teach to be good at the skill. Also lead as an example dont just Talk but walk the Talk, learn first implement and share your knowledge thats where success comes from.

So there is no need to be a copy writer and so on just put your knowledge into writing and that will appeal to your audience better.

    Thank You

High quality content means: uniqueness (something that you wrote yourself, using your own words); readability (your text is logical and understandable for users); it should be useful and interesting. So, my turn, is it possible for you?))

Use google alert, just to see waht's trending. Use contraversial content, this will evoke public opinion. Do not forget to properly format your text (use h tags, create some backlinks to other sources etc.). Use properly taged photos, do not forget alt atributes. Review your title a couple of times before publishing, make it catchy.

It's not about writing the best or hiring an expensive article writer or any of that.

There are a lot of people who don't really know what "high quality" means. A Google engineer is going to have a much different idea of what "high quality" content is than a plumber will.

If you want to write high quality content for your blog you need to do one thing...HELP people in a different way by writing content that is different from what is already out there.

There are a billion sub-par articles out there...you have to be different.

If you run a guitar playing blog don't write the same lame "10 ways to play better" type article. You have to be an EXPERT in your field to write truly helpful content. Find out what problems your target audience has, and then solve those problems.

If you run a weight loss blog you don't need to write the billionth "5 tips to lose 7 pounds" article...that's all been done. See what is already out there and do it better than what everyone else is doing.

You'll know if you are doing it right because your readers will stay on your site a long time and interact with you.

Gee.....I dunno. How do I become a brain surgeon?

How do I paint my house?
How do I turn on the TV?

How do I cross the street without holding someone's hand?

All of the above also goes to the spammers who took the question
    seriously.

It's definitely possible. You can either hire a writer to write articles for you, or if you don't have money and have to write them yourself you can base your article off of somebody else's. Don't copy it just use it for the information and write your own version of it. Then run it through a solid grammar checking program and that will catch the majority of the problems. Then learn from there and improve.

Creating high quality content means creating value to keep your audience engaged. First, make your content accurate and factual by doing research about your content. You need to make sure that you know your audience to be able to effectively relay your message to your target audience. Also, you need to make sure that your content is engaging, you can do this by mixing up your media. You can add videos, slideshows, photos, playlists, recipes and other media to offer variety to your target readers. Lastly, give them value, not a pitch.

Just write man! If you're really interested in the topic words will just pop out as you write... it's like a flow! In case you're doing a blog just for making money purpose and have NO interest in the niche then my best bet would be outsourcing... There are many places you can get articles written for very cheap, and the quality is acceptable too, like iwriter.com!

It's your blog, it's your words. There are a few things you'll want to keep in mind such as keeping true to yourself. Use your own natural tone, watch for typos. High quality is variable I think. Whether you're comical, informative or introspective. Make it interesting. Draft it out. Ask friends. Don't let anyone tell you it's not possible.
