think about a site,
which is 10+ years old; and one of the important content provider site in his section and language.
technical details, such as w3c validation, code stucture, site speed etc are all ok.
social media sharings are not very well, but its ok as like its competitor other sites.
there we some mistakes about 6 moth ago; such as footer links from same ip web sites.. but we delete them all.. there were duplicate content pages, we add canonical tas to all..
because of our google ranking problems, we delete tons of poor backlings with linkdetoxtool.com about a years ago.
but there were still no any ranking update in google.. our google position was really really bad (the site was at 1sth position in all related keywords about 10 years ago)..
we create lots of backlinks with .com c class ip word press sites.. with about 150 sites.. about 4 month ago..
our position didnt change even very little.
think about this problem for example:
we make news about 'mercedes benz new car'.. and add 4 article backlink from c class ip sites for this news/and 'mercedes benz new car' (in turkish search; dont think like an global english search)
- our news is at 6th position in google.com.tr (if we didnt add 4 backlink to news; it will probably be in 2th or 3th pages in google.com.tr's results)
- 5th is a site, who copy/paste content from our site; and gives backlink to our news..
- 4th is a site, who copy/paste content from our site; but there is no backlink.
- 3th is a site, who gets rss feed from our site; and show our nes; and gives backlink to our site..
- 2th is a site one of our competitors.
- 1sth ise our sites twitter account (gives backlink to our news ofcourse)
now... could someone tell me; what the hell is going on?
* there is no any manuel penalty on webmastertools.
* the bad ranking factor is not new; its getting worse and worse from 4 years..
* our visitor/page is about 15+, and bounce rate is about 55%
* i cant write the name of the site in public; but can send via direct message
