[HELP] Need SEO Expert Help

Hello Respected Members of warrior forum,
I am a frequent reader of warrior forum and previously got answers to my question. Now I have few questions mentioned below.
1) I am planning to sell products of the huge network marketing company that are in health niche, beauty and weight loss management. My Concern is about ranking my products, but the ingredients and other details of the product I will be taking from the company website. Will it make my site rank up in the Search engine? ( Or should I spin it with Unicode program, i.e., Article Builder )

2) If I am using the premium membership for WordAi spinner that gives me approx 55+ % on average unique readable text for the articles that I am taking from other people website as testimonials will my website rank up in the Google if I am using spin articles?

How much unique article should be to avoid Google penalties?

3) I need some expert help in outranking my competitor as I have purchased SEMRush Guru membership. Any tutorials you can recommend?

c) If I am using same pictures will be an issue, or I have to screenshot picture to remove all other information from the properties. As these pictures posted on the company website and also from other member modifying pictures by adding some text describing products.

Youtube Editor:
1) If I am allowed to download creative common videos and then reuploading on youtube? will youtube penalize my account?

2) If i am allowed to download a youtube video which is not creative common and uploading the video with few scenes are taken from standard licensed videos and rest will benefit from creative common videos?


I am planning to build a website for people suffering from minor issues like skin allergy, removing blackheads, skin care, and dietary supplements, etc. and when they get to the website they will find most of their questions already answered. They going to get the information they need but how to make people believe I am an authentic person and giving them correct advice.

    If you are going to use a spinner to create content for your website, none of your other questions matter because...

    1) You will be unlikely to ever rank for anything.

    2) Even if you do rank for something, your content is going to be so trashy that nobody is going to trust you enough to buy what you are selling.

    Since you are the first person from India on these forums that seems to actually be able to write coherent English, why don't you just make real sites with real original content? Why do you guys from India always want to spam? You understand that spamming Google only works out for the guys who know exactly what you are doing, there's probably less than 100 people on that planet that it's actually working out for and are making serious money.

    If you want to make real sites and actually try to rank, people here will help you. Don't make some lame coupon site, build a real site, that informs people about a problem, where the solution happens to be a product. Write articles about the problem, have products on another page, link the articles to the products. Make 500+ word posts that are 100% unique real human writing. Get an editor from the US/UK/AU if you have to.

    Just be an authentic person, do your research and recommend things that are proven to work.
