    There are no tools that will do it. Manual inspection of the links is the only way to do it with 100% accuracy.

    Any backlink checker will help you to identify the backlinks sources, BUT knowing if they are harmnfull or not is a task that needs to be done evaluating each source independently, this requires an experienced SEO Webmaster.

    What kind of trouble are you talking about? Most links just do nothing. A backlink checker can help, but as other commenters said there's no tool that accurately identifies a bad link.

    Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
