Meaning of /?t= in incoming links

Hi all,
recently I'm getting some incoming links that I'm not entirely sure how to treat them.
These come form totally irrelevant sites, and have the /?t=[relevant search term] in the url. That is, as if a relevant search to my niche that links to my site. Though when I head to this url, there's no link or search results or anything.
GWT shoes me a ton of these links recently.

Anyone know what are these and how to treat them?

    Odds are it's referrer spam.

      Thanks, that's what I thought too.. Do you think it affects my rankings or just messes my link reports?

        It only junks up your analytics data.

        As long as there's no live referrer links on your pages nobody is hijacking any traffic.

    It's mostly referrer spam.

    For sites that matter, anything after something
    like ?= is for a database or other tracking.
    (FYI, anything like ?= is ignored by the browser)
    You can go to warriorforum.com/?=anythingyouwant
    and all it does is load the main page.

    Referrer spam might mean a problem with
    your security. But then, maybe not.

    They way this crap works, is they latch on to
    your site and fake traffic back from you.

    The problem is, sometimes that traffic is
    not fake, and they hijack your visitors.

    Russia, india, paksitan, turkey, ukraine,
    etc. are notorious for this.

    You can block countries via htaccess.
