Who cares? The css class will most likely indicate that it's a comment and google will likely ignore it anyways.

The least number of blogs who provide do-follow links passes zero link juice. So, if you are looking to rank then it ain't gonna work.

It won't do you good in terms of SEO. Googlebots understand it is a blog commend even though it is do-follow so you won't be getting "extra points" for it. Actually if you do it too much, you may even get penalized for spamming.

I partially agree with Matthew, you can use blog comment for just diluting/balancing your anchor ratio only.

You should try to use comment posting sites for branding purpose. And don't forget that no-follow links help to increase website traffic. I think you shouldn't worry about do-follow or no-follow links, just try to engage your target audience instead for creating a number of backlinks.

I would like to bring one point in the lamplight, if your content is unique and solving users problem or proving useful information; then many other bloggers would add your blog post link in their blog content. And Google loves natural backlinks and improve keywords position accordingly.

I think 50% do-follow and 50% no-follow to natural backlink and SEO friendly

Not only is that percentage completely arbitrary, but if you're building links there's nothing natural about that. However, your comment is very BS optimized.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

      What's your excuse?

Do-follow links are good for website they can increase website's ranking fastly. But take care of one thing all of your links must not be do-follow you should maintain a ratio. I think 60% do-follow and 40% no-follow will be be good.

We need No-follow and Do-follow both. So, don't ignore no-follow and accept only do-follow. Now, just do a Google to get them.

You should make a optimum balance between No-follow and Do-follow Commenting and make sure that you just don't over do it.
